“James and the band were brilliant, and we are so glad we booked them for our wedding celebration. James was really helpful in the lead up to the day: getting in touch, making sure we were aligned on the schedule and following up with a clear plan. The band on the day were excellent - they performed a great selection of music played during our canapés, dinner and then dancing. Our guests loved the music, they were all on the dance floor even though we had a relatively small crowd! The band also learned a first dance song for us (Elvis Presley - The Wonder of You) and they performed it perfectly for us on the day! Thanks so much James & the band!”

“James and his band were absolutely wonderful. We had so many people compliment them and we didn’t have to worry about a thing, their set flowed beautifully. They were flawless for our ceremony and even performed a personal rendition of “Somewhere over the rainbow” which I felt very emotional walking down the aisle to. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so we asked to make a last minute change and if it was possible for James and the band to move outside after the ceremony for our drinks reception. They accommodated without any issues and were flawless with moving around on the day and setting up so quickly and efficiently. They couldn’t have been any more professional than they already were and we were so impressed with every song they performed. Thank you James for making our day that much more memorable and glorious. We will always be grateful and in awe of your beautiful voice! ”

We invited our friends to a secret wedding (disguised as a christening) as we wanted an informal party atmosphere and from the very first chat, James grasped what we were wanting and produced an amazing Neo Soul evening starting with jazz and working through to funk classics. We really couldn't have asked for more. The band, the music, the dj sets, the whole thing was just brilliant and we want to do it all again!”

“We had around 50 guests at our wedding in a fairly small venue. James and the band were perfect. He judged the mood and got the music spot on. They are brilliant musicians and James has a fantastic voice. Lots of happy people dancing the night away- socially distanced of course!! The guys were very helpful, polite and likeable. Everyone at the wedding thought they were excellent. Would I book them again-absolutely!!!!!!”

“James and his trio where fantastic! We had James on his own for the canapés and it provided a lovely ambiance. The trio then joined him after dinner and the party was kicked off amazingly. I was worried as we only had 20 guests but I needn’t have worried. Everyone sang and danced for hours. We had the best time!”
